Desco is a family owned company that has been in Edmonton for over 55 years. We specialize in concrete coatings, concrete restoration, and concrete polishing. Employees continually receive new training in the most up to date procedures, materials, equipment, and safety in the ever changing construction industry. This enables everyone from the ground up to have an understanding of what solution is going to work best for our clients and how to institute it properly. We take the safety of our employees and others seriously. We pride ourselves in our on-the-job safety record, Certificate of Recognition (COR) in safety, and adherence to numerous client safety requirements. We provide all your required safety equipment except for CSA Certified steel toe boots.

NOW HIRING

Desco is currently hiring for two different job descriptions.

The first description that we are hiring for is for a foreman with experience in concrete polishing. The foreman should have experience in running a crew, keeping to a schedule, and providing a high quality finish. Having your own transportation is also required. You’ll be working with new top of the line equipment maintained to by our shop crew.

The second description that we are hiring for is for labourers and lead hands with experience in concrete restoration and coatings. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with concrete, using jack hammers and demolition tools, and/or experience with coatings. Again, having your own transportation is also required.
